Other Pets Allowed:
We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $400 (non-refundable) for the first pet, and $200 (non-refundable) for the second. Pet rent is $20 per month per pet. There is an unrestricted weight limit (1st floor only), a combined weight limit of 100 pounds (2nd and 3rd floor only), and aggressive breeds are prohibited.
